Best hotel and staff in 11 days of travelling through India and we know when we go home after another 9 days it will still be the best. Thank you so much for all the thoughtful detail. The wonderful food and the warmest welcome in the world.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel stay; the staff are very helpful and make a fun and relaxing stay. There are 7 star hotels and there are intimate boutique experiences. We prefer the latter..

We had a wonderful time here. Our room was lovely, the service fantastic and we enjoyed our delicious breakfast each morning. A great way to start our honeymoon.

This is the third time we have enjoyed the unique Neemrana experience. We previously stayed in the Hill Fort and & The Bungalow on the Beach. And enjoyed everything about them. The Villa Pottipati is the one thing we will remember with total pleasure in Bangalore.. We would like to thank all the staff were for receiving us to graciously earlier than we were expected, and making our stay here so comfortable. "Neemrana – The real Indian Experience".
The wonderful staff offer nothing less than the utmost helpfulness & desire to make every guests stay a truly memorable experience! Recommended by local friends, I too have come to understand and experience this “Oasis within Malleshwaram”. I will be honored to recommend the Villa Pottipati to everyone I know, and will certainly make this my first choice when visiting Bangalore. THANK YOU.
We have loved every aspect of our stay in this hotel especially the service. Impeccable and exceedingly polite and friendly. The house itself is very charming and authentic and transports us to another place and time. It has definitely been our favorite hotel throughout travels in India. With fondness and affection.

Beautiful trees, please never allow anybody to cut them.
Kind and professional staff, I like the "No tips to individuals policy".
What a lovely, tasteful little island in the chaos of the city.
The best holiday I have ever had in the whole wide world. We will be back for sure.

Rising gracefully above the neighbouring buildings, Villa Pottipati is like a ship anchored deep in the sea amidst bobbing fishing boats. A garden restaurant with sunny-yellow umbrellas and round tables resting on stone-filled ground could easily have you slip into beach wear and jump into the pool, evoking images of the Mediterranean.
Surrounded by mango, jackfruit, avocado, jacaranda, and gulmohar trees, heady shivalinga blossoms at the entrance, this is the most authentic and reasonably priced heritage experience you can have in the heart of this city of steel, glass and concrete. Time has stood still in this stately villa of red cement floors, teakwood beams, and high ceilings, furnished with teak and rosewood antique furniture and beautiful artifacts.
